HaloPort provides AI-powered voice receptionist services including call handling, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiry management. Features may vary based on your subscription plan.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
HaloPort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
