2. Description of Service

HaloPort provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service for appointment-based businesses. Our service includes automated call answering, appointment booking, calendar management, and customer communication via voice, email, and SMS.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

HaloPort and its content, features, and functionality are owned by HaloPort and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

8. Limitation of Liability

HaloPort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
